Sage advice

27Aug2015
Okay so if you are waiting for great suggestions on how to be the best you, I’d suggest asking the person in the mirror. If you want to know more about the amazing plant Salvia, commonly known as sage, here are a few facts. They like sun, and fairly dry soils. They make great garden plants since they bloom in midsummer and attract many different pollinators. But it’s hard to offer specific gardening advice since according to current estimates there are as many as 1000 species, including not only the popular perennial garden varieties but also annuals, biennials, and some that grow so large they are actually shrubs. So my advice is just enjoy their amazing variety and beauty. This blue species blends well with other garden flowers, and from this angle looks like a rather strange set of talking puppets.
